Unlike many of the Cast Iron "Skillet" cookbooks out there, as good as these are, that do not truly focus on the Cast Iron Skillet; this book does just that. Don't let the cover scare you away. The authors own restaurants and are deep in the culinary world. Their recipes do serious justice to both the art of cooking and to the cast iron skillet. I consider this a must for all those who either own or are thinking of owning a Cast Iron Skillet. Good job and I can't wait for the sequel.
