This is the first book by Nicholas Sparks that I have read. While I enjoyed the story line I thought it could have been better written. There was so much more the writer could have done with this story and I kept thinking of the "what" in the gaps of time he used, but not in a good way. I do plan to read a few of his other books before deciding if I read them all...Book Review: Predictable, not original

Loved the beginning of the story and fell in love with Travis myself. It was an awful turn for the rest but I did feel like I was on a rollercoaster of drama...It was ok though but I felt many emotions ready this book. Happy, laughter, sad, crying..etc. In the end it was a good book to read..Now looking for my next one!Book Review: Wonderful Masterpiece!

All I can say is wow!...This is such a wonderful heartfelt love story, and I absolutely loved this book. This was my first Nicholas Sparks book, and will NOT be my last. He is an amazing author.
