I am a huge Nicholas Sparks fan. I have read all of his books. I feel that this is his weakest book to date. The ending was just so unrealistic to me that it ruined the book. I much preferred The Last Song as far as his more recent books go.Book Review: Not my favorite Nicholas Sparks book.

Tedious dialogue, tedious writing & very repetitive. It barely had enough plot for a short story let alone a novel. I, too, skimmed over text hoping to find something worthwhile. I am amazed that this sort of crap gets published.Book Review: Pass on this one!

I LOVE The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, and many of Spark's other books. I hated The Choice. I was really looking forward to reading it, but it was a big disappointment. My recommendation would be to choose something else.Book Review: amazing!

as far as the book itself goes, it is your average paperback...what more can i say. but the story is incredible as are all of the books written by sparks. it touched me in so many ways. i laughed, i smiled, i cried.
