Book Review: Amazing!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
After seeing a dermatologist, an allergist, and two estheticians for my "adult onset acne" and spending way too much money but getting no results, I bought this book. The three day plan noticeably cleared up my skin and I'm continuing with a modified version with fantastic results. I'm a believer in the diet-skin connection and so happy I purchased this book!
