Book Review: Great for apprentice seamstress!

Not a lot of time to write a long review since I have a two-year-old daughter! But, I am overall satisfied with this book. I love the pictures! Way easier to learn that way. The next best thing to having your mom in the room to show you. I only wish I had the time to use the book more! Happy sewing!

The Complete Photo Guide to Sewing is the one reference every sewer needs. Its 320 pages and 1000 photographs cover every aspect of fashion and decor sewing. Sections include choosing the right tools and notions, using conventional machines and sergers, fashion sewing, tailoring, special-occasion sewing, and home decor projects. Included are step-by-step instructions for basic projects like pillows, tablecloths, and window treatments. Sewers from beginners to the skilled will turn to this book again and again.
Sewing garments and home-decor items does not have to be mutually exclusive; there are certain skills and fields of knowledge peculiar to each, and there are some areas of overlap.
