Book Review: Pain Free Computing

I have been in the electronic industry for over 10 years. Battling arthritis, back pain, and obesity, I went to doctor after doctor. Finally, a recent addition to my company heard my cries for help and mentioned a word that would soon change my life, ergonomics. I searched ebay, found a few books, and started to read. I read almost ten books on the subject and have to say this one was by far the best, and the only one worth writing a review for. From life style changes, to computing habits (where I work 12 hours a day), to eating healthy, this book offers the best advice. I'm no longer in pain and on my way to a healthy life. I've lost over 20 pounds and my arthritis is gone so I can pick up the guitar again. I highly recommend this book and extend my gratitude to the author.
