BEEN SEARCHING FOR A GOOD CONVECTION OVEN COOKBOOK FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. THIS ONE HAS SIMPLE RECIPES THAT ARE EASY TO FOLLOW, AND AS I'M A VISUAL PERSON, I LOVE THE PICTURES CONTAINED ON MANY OF THE RECIPES.Book Review: Helpful Hints

I was very disappointed in this book. It is certainly not the Bible for Convection ovens. I was looking for regular kinds of food to cook. Much of this book is not that way. I would return it if I could.
