Read the other reviews and didn't hesitate to order from Amazon on December 12th. Still no book, Amazon is 'trying to find it' and wanted to know if I either wanted to cancel the order, or wait...
Buy it at Barnes and Noble. Its available there, albeit a higher price. It is particularly disappointing for Amazon to quote availability (during the holiday or anytime) and lure the consumer with lower prices and then not deliver. For this particular book availability really isn't the issue for a business like Amazon, it is available locally in all the bookstores I've browsed.
