A beautiful book. Easy to read recipes with both metric and cup measurements. The photographs are delightful and the written information on the areas and local food is first class. This book is amazing! The ingredients are simple, natural and fresh. Very well written, lovely photos. Highly recommended! I've checked a lot of bookstores (Borders/Barnes and Nobles) and none of them carried it in stock, I have no idea why! This is one of my favorite cook books.Book Review: A lovely book!
