WHile I was aware that this book was illustrated, I was not aware of the fact that it is huge! I thought it would be an illustrated, regular novel-size book. Instead it's about A3 size, and very heavy.. The pictures are great and all but if I had been aware of the size of this book I probably wouldn't have purchased it.Book Review: Fear and Loathing in Hawaii

The Curse of Lono really held my attention, and the illustrations by Steadman are very cool. I didn't realize this was such a large book, but it makes a great addition to my coffee table. Similar to The Rum Diary and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Curse of Lono was a very fun read.Book Review: great release

this is a fantastic release of one of HST's least known works. not as crazy as fear and loathing in las vegas or as well written as the rum diaries, but still a fine read. ralph steadman's artwork in full color and at the large size they are printed in for this book are simply amazingBook Review: it huge!

Hunter S. Thompson and Ralph Steadman are asked to cover a news event in Hawaii but the trip ends up being a crazy wild zany ride into the drug induced mind of Hunter. Hilariously funny story and awesome artwork by Ralph, this is one of my favorites.
