Book Review: These are INCREDIBLE stories!

Guys, trust me...I know the series starts slow...GUNSLINGER is definitely a slow moving story...slow, yet beautifully told. I promise you, if you get through 'the Gunslinger,' this series is an experience to behold. You will NOT be sorry! It is pure, unadulterated GENIUS. Stephen King is a master storyteller...
....I can't wait to see what he thinks of my books in the future...I'm really curious!
Book Review: An intriguing installment to Stephen King's works

The best way to describe The Dark Tower Series would be by imagining placing Clint Eastwood in a world designed by Stephen King. Although this is not a typical Stephen King novel (it is very different from The Shining, Carrie, and even The Stand), the vivid characters and engaging plot make these novels some of Stephen King's best works. I highly recommend these books for all Stephen King fans.Book Review: Poor King work

I've read many of his books, and apparently this series has a big following. For me, I found it hard to follow, drawn out with little action or purpose. True, the first few books were written very early in his career, so one can't expect it to be up to the quality of The Stand. I have read all of Stephen Kings books in the Gunslinger or Dark Tower series. I sent this boxed set to a friend who needed an escape from reality for a while. It was received and after the second book was read couldn't put it down. I loved every second and dreaded it ending. I have been searching for this Stephen King series for near eight years now, but never found it in a boxed set. Where I live books are also exorbitantly priced. I would have easily paid 500 to 800 dollars (roughly 76 to 123 US Dollars)for this set and even more for the entire set. I am very happy with this product---an item I am proud to have bought online.
