Book Reviews of The Diet CureBook Review: Diet Cure Summary: 5 Stars
I am a Nutritional Therapist and would say that, of all the many books on Nutrition that I have read, this book stands out as one of the very best. It contains a wealth of information for both the professional and lay person. I would highly recommend that everyone read this valuable information. This book is very well written and easy to understand.
Thank You, Julia Ross!
Book Review: Don't trust the anecdotes Summary: 3 Stars
Ross loves little anecdotes about how this or that supplement worked miracles for someone in 20 minutes or 2 days. Don't believe it. I am trying her supplement program and, if it works at all, it takes weeks or months to take effect. I spent a fortune on this stuff, so I will continue until it's gone, but so far I have nothing to show for it except a depleted wallet.
Book Review: Alot of good information Summary: 4 Stars
This book has a lot of good information on how to supplement yourself correctly. I am definitely going to add some of these suggestions to my eating and living habits. I would have liked more information on the supplements they suggested but in all I would recommend reading this book.
Book Review: The non-diet diet book Summary: 4 Stars
There's a wealth of nutrition information, recommended supplements and how-tos. I'm
definitely going to try this non-diet diet book! I'm also buying two more copies for friends who are interested.
If you're not into taking pills you can skip this book!
Book Review: Tons of information. Sometimes too much. Summary: 3 Stars
It can get a bit tedious at times and if you buy all the recommended supplements, you'll be spending a fortune. However, I did think the research was thorough and they had some really great points. Worth highlighting before passing along to someone.
