Book Review: OK, but not what I thought

After reading so many good reviews of this and Scott Kelby's Digital Photography vol. 1 I went ahead and got them both. I was surprised by how little information there actually was. Each page has a sample picture and a small paragraph under it on how to achieve that particular look. It's a good book for very inexperienced beginners but not for anyone who's been using a camera for any amount of time. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on going into photography, but if you just want so simple ideas then you'll get what you pay for.
