Book Review: The Dogs in My Life, vol. 1 - So Much Love in My Life

I enjoy reading this book again and again, and my children requested to have a copy that will stay at home since I also enjoy lending the book to my friends.
The first book of a two-volume series, it describes the stories and personalities of Supreme Master Ching Hai's first three dogs, Benny, Lucky and Happy. The dogs have had a lot of hardships before the Master adopted them and nursed them back to health and dignity. Thanks God, they now live in Heaven and live a life of unconditional love - the unconditional love they have for their human mother and the unconditional love the Master has for them.
This book is so inspiring that I want to love every single dog on the street.
Animal lovers of all horizons just love this book and its beautiful, lively,colourful pictures.

I originally bought this book for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one as a gift for my four-year-old niece in the U.S. to help her overcome her fear of dogs. I am sure that when her parents read her this book her heart will melt. This book reveals how loving and devoted these noble beings can be. When I first saw this book I was captivated by the colorful pictures but as I read the stories I discovered that it magically takes us into the minds of these precious animals. Seldom are we permitted to experience life from an animal's perspective. The stories told by these three dogs offer us a touching glimpse into the wonderful world of dogs, "humankind's best friend."Book Review: wonderful book

In this book, Supreme Master Ching Hai talks about her adopted dogs. All these dogs have different stories, almost all of them have a very sad past. Under Supreme Master Ching Hai's loving care, all of these dogs come out of their past shadow and live a happy live. It's very touching. In this book, you could feel it is not just the stories about the dogs, it is a love story collection. My kids and I love this book very much, we read together, share our love together. Besides the beautiful pictures, this book really does give me more insight into not only the dogs' but also all animals' feelings and intelligence, and more so the love between the author and her dogs and her heart-felt caring for them. It really touches me in many ways and makes me ponder more about how I should care for not only our man's best friends but also other animals as well. Thank you for carrying this book in your stock.
