This is the best money you will spend if you have even thought about quitting smoking. First of all, the author tells you to smoke while you are listening. As a smoker, this comes as great news. I did follow the few instructions he gives.Number one , smoke while you listen, number two , open your mind to the information you hear... I was able to listen to all 5 cds in three days. I have been smoke free for three weeks. Allen Carr simply points out the truth about this addiction, you can not argue with the truth. Listen and be free. After 35 years of mindless addiction I am free and Happy. Give this a try.
