Book Review: It does work!

I have been trying, on and off, to not smoke since I was 20 years old (I started smoking when I was 15.. I just didn't care to stop until later). I am now 29 and was almost ready to give up and just accept that "I'll probably be a smoker for the rest of my life". I had no immediate reason to stop really. I jog 2-3 miles daily with ease, had a light smokers cough, and only smoked about half a pack or less a day (little when compared to Allen Carr's 100 cigarettes a day). Regardless, I knew cigarettes were terrible for me and I truely did want to quit smoking.
I found this program totally by chance. I joined a online forum for people who wanted to quit smoking. In one of the discussions, someone recomended "Easyway to Stop Smoking" the audio book. I found it here on Amazon for less than 20 bucks shipped and I honestly feel it was the best 20 bucks I have ever spent in my entire life so far.
I don't have any specifics about what I learned and how I look at my life now because of the program. What I can tell you is that somehow, I feel like, the book brainwashed me to just not need cigarettes no more. I get a craving here and there but they are mere whispers in the back of my mind in comparison to the loud voice saying "no way! just one is gonna mess you all up".
Give the audio book a try. It is easy. I kept it in the car and listened to it on my commutes to work for a week. I didn't have to stop smoking the moment I started to listen to the program (as directed by Allen Carr) which made it great! But towards the middle of the program, I couldn't wait to finish the CDs, I was already excited to quit smoking. And I did!
