This book was exactly what I was looking for - I have bought numerous bariatric surgery books over the last 6 months and also attend 6 months of preop classes and this did more for me than all of that!
This book is THE book that if you really are thinking of or planning to have gastric bypass that you and your spouse/loved ones should read before you have your surgery. Mental preperation is what makes the procdure a sucess long term - so this really is a must have (actually I think they should hand it out at your first Dr's appt.)
