Book Reviews of The Faith of George W. Bush

Book Review: A different look at a misunderstood man
Summary: 4 Stars

This book is an easy read that provides a good look at the growth of President Bush's faith. This book is not too partisan and it provides details and stories not found in many books. The presidency is a tough job and one where choices are not as easy as right or wrong. This book reaffirms my trust in a president that follows his heart and morals. Although I don't agree with all the president's choices, it is refreshing to know that his faith plays a major role in his choices. Good book, but not as detailed as I expected.

GEORGE W. BUSH

George W. Bush became a presient on January 20, 2001. In George's teenage hood and young adult hood he attended Yale university and Harvard Bisness school. He was also on an baseball team called the Texas Rangers.

George was governer for 5 years. He then took it up a notch and ran for president. When george got elected he was very happy. Right now George W Bush is facing the challenges people will throw at hm.

Book Review: A lesson for all here.
Summary: 1 Stars

Without religion it would be easy to see good men doing good things and bad men doing bad things. With religion bad men can do bad things and justify those things under the guise of religion. However good men can also do bad things behind the same religion. Here we have a fine example of either. You can pick which man you see here. Whichever way you go it does not remove the fact that BAD things have been done. That is the message of this book.

Book Review: A great insight into the foundation and heart of the man
Summary: 5 Stars

George W Bush may be one of the most misunderstood presidents in history, and certainly of our time. This book allowed me to understand the motives behind his decisions, and to understand the heart of a president serving at a critical juncture in America's life. I appreciate Mansfield's ability to articulate the path that the president has taken in his life, and to do it in a factual, balanced, and unbiased manner. Refreshing and insightful!

Book Review: Excellent reading for those who have faith in God
Summary: 5 Stars

The book can give inspiration on how our President runs the country by the guidance of God. Following God's guidances doesn't need to be popular and he knows this. The most important thing is to do everything as what the Bible says. It's true that no one is perfect, not even ourselves. We are not supposed to judge him as we do not want to be judged either. Let God Himself judge him as He will judge all of us.
