Book Reviews of The Faith of George W. BushBook Review: The faith of George W. bush Summary: 1 Stars
It's terrifying to think that this man is the President of what was created to be a secular - thought religously tolerant country, yet he disregards intellect, reason and diplomacy in favor of the long discredited religous battle cry of years past. Keep religion out of the government and certainly out of the White House and we will al sleep more securely.
Book Review: The Author is Blinded by Faith Summary: 1 Stars
I heard a radio interview with the author - he came across as ridiculous. He is the type of person who would look at dinosaur bones and claim "THESE WERE PUT HERE BY SATAN TO SHAKE MY FAITH IN GOD AND THE BOOK OF GENESIS!" If you are this type of christian, then go buy this book and live in a cave...if not, do something better with your time.
Book Review: A must-read for before the 2004 elections Summary: 5 Stars
Mansfield documents how Bush's faith informs his world view and political decisions. This book makes clear how Bush is pushing this county toward a theocracy, endangering not only our freedoms as US citizens but the stability of the entire world by pursuing foreign policy rooted in religious delusions and a messiah complex.
Book Review: Boring Summary: 2 Stars
There is nothing new in this book. The author gives semi-interesting background on the Bush family, then follows several rabbit trails from Ozzy Osbourne to Pat Robertson. Disappointing, which is too bad because if the author did some real research this could have been a very interesting book.
Book Review: Very inspiring Summary: 5 Stars
Stephen Mansfield did an awesome job writing this book. The importance and development of George W. Bush definetely inspired me. He was (and still is) a great President when America most needed it.
If I was American (I am German) I would vote for him.
