An absolute must read or re-read by all Supreme Court Justices. An absolute must teach in junior high school.
The Federalist Papers demonstrate the quality of thinking by it's authors and makes a case for classical education. These men thought about alternatives and had a view of history almost unrivaled today. They helped establish a document that will be the model for civilizations 1,000 years from now. I am in awe of the clarity of thinking.

Book Review: Vital to Understanding the US Constitution Summary: 5 Stars
The Federalist Papers is probably the most seminal discourse on the U.S. Constitution that has ever been written. While there are occasional inconsistencies and undoubtedly many of the founding fathers that took part in the Constitutional Convention and favored adoption of the Constitution would disagree with some of its contents, it is vital reading if one hopes to understand the original intent of the founders.
Book Review: As Pertinent Today As Then Summary: 4 Stars
For those who wish to know what the Founders were concerned about at the time of Ratifying the Constitution this is a must read. I am amazed at how relative it is to the argument today of the Constitution being abused. The writers of The Federalist Papers were exceptional men who truly cared about Personal Liberty, States Rights and the role of The Federal Government. An insight I will appreciate always!
