Book Reviews of The Food Processor BibleBook Review: Love this book. Summary: 5 Stars
I have never used a food processor before, so this book was a must. I took a chance getting it without having reviewed it, but I love it. It has great recipes but also gives tips for using the food processor (which I wish I had read before trying it for the first time). It gives more information than the instructions that came with the food processor. I highly recommend this for the beginner and the experienced.
Book Review: great book Summary: 5 Stars
I found this book helpful but I wish it had more info on the different discs we can get for the processor and what each can be used for, etc. There are some of us that are so new to a processor and need to know more details. I did try the best banana bread recipe and my son said this was the best banana bread he ever had and I think I even over processed a bit too. I think this book is a must have.
Book Review: The Food Processor Bible Summary: 5 Stars
I can't sing the praises enough of this fine cookbook.Every recipe I have made has been wonderful and I have recieved so many praises on my dishes that I may throw out all my other cook books! I have used my food processor every day since I got this book and it sure has cut down on the time I spend preparing delicious, healthy meals from scratch. I highly recommend this book!
Book Review: Not just for new users Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great overview book for those who are just becoming familiar with food processors. It is also has a wide variety of recipes for those who are familiar with their machines. The recipes do not call for strange ingredients but many are a pleasant change of pace from your old stand-bys. I really enjoy using my book and it has helped me use my machine to the fullest.
Book Review: What a waste Summary: 1 Stars
After getting this book, it sat on my shelf for over a year before I finally got rid of it at a cookbook swap this month.
All this book tries to do is take a bunch of unnecessary steps to be able to make practically anything in a food processor. But really, who wants to make couscous in a food processor? It's not like you can boil the thing over the stove.
