I've never owned a food processor before so I really needed a good cook book. I found most recipes that I tried very good, especially the French bread! I do believe that because of this book I found myself using my new processor almost everyday! The Food Processor Bible is especially good because it covers the basic procedures as well as the more intricate recipes. I had never used a food processor and knew nothing about how they operate. What a great book. Without this "bible" I had no idea what the real reason for a processor was. Now, I find there are so many reasons to have one, I'm not sure how I got along without one! There are enough recipes in this book to keep you entertained for a year, with suggestions that will expand anyone's menu.Book Review: A must have manual.

This cookbook is in every generation of my family. It is a staple in my family's kitchen. It is simple to read and follow and the recipes are nothing short of fabulous. Norene's latkas are perfect and her sweet and spicy french dressing is served to rave reviews at every dinner party!
