Book Reviews of The Grip Master's Manual

Book Review: Nothing Short of Excellent
Summary: 5 Stars

I read this book cover to cover as soon as I received it. Understated and fantastic. It's especially difficult to find reliable contemporary writing on developing traditional strongman strength, but this lean tome bottles both the essentials and many, many (many!) of John's energetic, creative and unique exercises into a fast, trustworthy resource. I will definitely be referring to this for many years to come.

Book Review: Best book on grip and hand strength ever.
Summary: 5 Stars

This man has the strongest grip in the world, so i think the man knows what hes talking about. Its simple if you won't to get a world class grip buy this book. Not only will you develop grip and hand strength you will develop your hole upperbody. Most of the exercises he invented himself, the are unique and very effective, very good for arm wrestling if your into that. If you want grip strength this is the book.

Book Review: Solid product, just the basics
Summary: 5 Stars

Very simple and to-the-point guidelines on the basics of training and improving grip strength. John Brookfield has field tested all of his methods that he submits in the book. The reader can rest assured these methods will work by reading just a little history on the grip strength feats that Brookfield has accomplished. Recommended for anyone with the desire to improve their grip dramatically.

Book Review: If you're serious, get the book
Summary: 4 Stars

There are many basic ideas in here that I wouldn't have really thought of on my own. It gives many ideas that you can use with the simplest of scraps laying around in your garage. Simple does not mean easy, but I can say that my forearm training improved almost immediately. Small details DO lead to big differences.

Book Review: Buy the book!
Summary: 5 Stars

this like all brookfeid books, is a great read I just wish he could have went a little more in depth about bending and card tearing. But still any grip masters in waiting must own this book.
