I had high hopes for this book after reading the description. In addition to the odd memory like when a rectal thermometer was first used, the the author throws "inappropriate" in front of run-of-the-mill memories, which doesn't mean these things are inappropriate at all. Also, two pages are dedicated to breast-feeding and not every mother breast feeds. These pages could have easily been written without those who formula feed.
