Book Review: This CD is a MUST!

I've done the master cleanse, aka lemonade diet, 2 times in my life, so far. The first time it was so hard, but I did it 9 days. (10 days is the minimum you're supposed to do it). However, the second time, I had this CD which helped so much! (I was also involved with this forum/bulletin board online where everyone is on the cleanse so we share our stories/questions) but IT made it SOOO MUCH easier, and I made it 12 days! I HIGHLY recommend this CD to anyone starting the cleanse or to get them motivated. It will give you hope and it explains a lot, a great add on to the original Stanley Burroughs book. This CD would make a wonderful present for someone who wants to get HEALTHY! It's funner & easier than to read a book anyway!Book Review: A must-have guide if you've tried and failed

Having attempted the Master Cleanse years ago with disappointing results, I was skeptical when a friend recommended that I try again with the aid of Peter Glickman's CD. Well, I thought, I'm another fifty pounds heavier than before with about half the energy I had then. And my doctor is threatening to put me on blood pressure meds if I don't lose weight. What did I have to lose? I'm so glad I took the advice and ordered this excellent CD. In just an hour or so of easy listening, I realized that I had misinterpreted some critical instructions in the book, virtually guaranteeing my aforementioned failure. The Master Cleanse is a MUST!!! Peter Glickman's Book & CD are an EXCELLENT TOOL for this cleanse. I've done this cleanse twice and have lost more than 10 lbs each time, have felt more energy and my skin was better than ever! The CD is GREAT because you can listen to it in your car, download it on an ipod etc.... The support of Peter's book is excellent to have throughout the Cleanse. One recommendation....Along with Peter's book, purchase Stanley Burroughs original Master Cleanse book. It's inexpensive and WELL WORTH IT!! If you can only purchase one...Peter's book/CD is the one to go with especially if you are new to the Fasting Concept. ENJOY!!!!Book Review: Less than Lukewarm

I bought Glickman's book and CD with the intent to read about the cleanse when I had downtime between appointments, etc. And, I'd listen to the cd during my commute to work, etc. I would not recommend the book. (See my review about the book.). I definitely would not recommend the CD either because it is poorly organized in its presentation of the program. Glickman seems to be in conversation with some guy who sounds like a paid DJ. The information was also repetitive in nature such that I got the impression that Glickman was using up "air time". However, I give Glickman his "props" for being creative enough to dawn a CD about the cleanse.Book Review: Everything this title says is TRUE!

Love Peter Glickman's CD and his book! After listening to and reading both carefully and often, I started my Master Cleanse and I am on Day 5 and it is amazing how I feel so far! I don't think I would have wanted to make the journey drinking nothing but Lemonade all day and a quart of salt water every morning for 10 days or more without the guidance and encouragement I received here.
I am loving the energy I have and have not felt so clear and alive and well for years. I have found the way out of my constant sluggish fatigue and a way to a new healthier way of eating and way of life.
