I love picture books. I bought this one for my 2 year old son for his birthday. I'm Thai and I love it that I could tell him this story in Thai in my version. I do that to many other books but the drawings in this book is just so astonishing and full of lifes.Book Review: Beautiful

This book is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures are so wonderful with amazing little details of all the animals out in a savanna. There are no words which makes it a perfect book to create discussion for my 3 yr old and me. We both just love this book.Book Review: Artistic rendition

This is a beautiful, artistic rendition of the old familiar Aesop tale. You can almost feel the Lion's mane. And there is so much to see in the background to help tell the tale. Sat down to read this to my 3-year-old only to find there was nothing to read. It's a beautifully illustrated book with a few animal sounds as words. The child can tell the story by following the pictures but it didn't really grab my 3-year-old much.
