Book Reviews of The Magnesium MiracleBook Review: Great resource on magnesium... Summary: 5 Stars
When I found I was suffering from many of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, I looked on Amazon and found two very highly rated books - "The Magnesium Factor" and "The Magnesium Miracle". Unable to decide between the two, I ordered them both.
"The Magnesium Miracle" by Carolyn Dean was my favorite of the two as it provides the pertinent research and biochemical information in a very concise and easily readable format that would likely be more accessible to the layperson. The detailed information for supplementation includes not only magnesium, but also other nutrients that are needed to alleviate various magnesium-deficient conditions. This would be the book I would recommend to family and friends.
Book Review: Dr Dean is THE EXPERT Summary: 5 Stars
If you appreciate vitamins at all, this book will guide you to the most important nutrient of all--Magnesium! In plain English, this book is so interesting I've loaned it to many friends--most love it and I don't always get the book back! After passing out 5 copies of the last edition,
I purchased 2 of this one--something I've never done before! Magnesium can help you feel better and live longer...and your friends too! I've been keeping my overweight 81 year old mother going with magnesium + other supplements and still no diabetes like her father! Try it...!
Book Review: Magnesium is very important for fascia & muscles Summary: 5 Stars
After reading Dr. Dean's original magnesium book, I ordered her revised version. She included transdermal magnesium application in this revised edition. Transdermal magnesium is very effective. Transdermal magnesium is on of the most effective applications I have come across for use in musculoskeletal issues. I have applied it in fomentations on frozen shoulders, knee problems, back issues all have had expedited results. If you liked this book, you should check out "Transdermal Magnesium Therapy" by Mark Sircus.

Book Review: The Magnesium Miracle Summary: 5 Stars
I enjoyed the book, The Magnesium Miracle, and found that it had excellent health information in it. I have used magnesium for leg cramps but was surprised at all the other benefits it provides. The book was clearly written and easy to understand. I shared it with many of my friends and recommend it especially for young women who need help for PMS and other female problems and the elderly who are having trouble with leg cramps and pain. It had helpful hints, also, for migraine headache sufferers.
