This book is a treasure for keeping a good health and also an eyeopener in many aspects.
People are suffering from a magnesium deficiency worldwide anyhow. I'm living in Europe and matters over here are as worse as described in the book. Anyway, I think it should have a place in every household.

I was already sold on the importance of magnesium. This book was filled with solid references and explanations on the workings on magnesium. I wasn't aware of how many diseases (like asthma) magnesium might be helpful in. The sections about how magnesium is measured were also very informative.Book Review: Not very specific on supplements

With a gazillion types of magnesium supplements on the market, I was really hoping for a bit more in depth description of the pros & cons of each kind.
Otherwise, the book did a good job describing deficiency and how it relates to different health issues.

I originally purchased this book to help with migraine headaches. It is so much more than that. It gave good insight to the many benefits of magnesium such as muscle spasms, heart health, leg cramps and more. Well worth the money.Book Review: Great Information

Well-presented, interesting information and fairly easy to read. Lots of info on how to best supplement with magnesium, of which we are all so grossly under-supplied. I have recommnended this one to lots of friends.
