Nice product. The stones are a nice size. Looks great on the black leather necklace it came with, or on any gold or siver chain one might own. The booklet is short and sweet while very informative. The author incorporated yoga poses for each chakra. My only complaints are that the book doesn't explain how to use the stones for balancing the chakras, also there was no explanaition of the stones included. So if one isn't familiar with cystals and/or balancing chakras, some research is required.
