Summary: 5 StarsI have purchased hundreds of products on Amazon.com but never taken the time to review one until now. It's that good.
First, you should know that I've had lower back pain since I was a teenager, about 30 years. A recent MRI found bulging and herniated discs along with arthritis in my lower back. I'm pretty messed up.
Second, I am extremely skeptical of medical claims and the assorted quackery you can find on the Internet. I tend to believe in regular medical doctors and assume that most of the rest are scammers.
Still, I read the glowingly positive reviews of The Miracle Ball Method and thought that for $12 or so, I had little to lose. I'm very glad I tried it!
This product is nothing more than two soft plastic inflated balls and a small book of stretching exercises. Some of the exercises don't even use the balls, but I encourage you to try those movements along with the breathing explained in the book. I've found that closely following the simple instructions makes the relief even more profound.
After my first 45-minute session, my back pain almost disappeared! I felt an intense warmth and relaxation in my lower back that I'd never before experienced. The relief lasted well into the next morning! I tried it again the next night and the experience was more positive. My back actually felt good! I could move and bend and stand without any pain at all.
Over time, I've learned that for best results, you need to repeat the exercises at least three days a week, more if you have the time. Also, follow the instructions. Take the time to stretch, to breathe, to relax and to feel the changes in your spine and your muscles. You can rush through it and skip the parts that seem unnecessary but you'll notice a huge difference if you do the entire routine for your particular trouble spot.
One reviewer mentioned that he could feel his back "popping" like working with a physical therapist. I can tell you that's true! It won't happen the first few times, but it will if you take the time.

She points out that relief can come in surprising ways: Lower back pain may be helped by placing the ball under your neck, or a bad knee might be helped by hip work.
