Book Reviews of The Miracle of Mindfulness: An Introduction to the Practice of MeditationBook Review: Book for life Summary: 5 Stars
This book is very simple, yet inspiring. It is the kind of book that you can read, put down for a few weeks and then start reading again. The suggestions are easy to implement and make a huge difference in stress levels. I recommend this book for someone who would like to start the meditation process but doesn't really know how to get started.
Book Review: SIMPLE!!! Summary: 5 Stars
I've never taken the time to review anything until now.
This book is so simple and so thought evoking that it is always at my side. (Okay, most of the time)
I just open up to a page, as many open up a Bible, and take some pearl away that always seems appropriate.
Thich Nhat Hanh has truly given us a gift in his writing.
Book Review: Meaningful and balanced Summary: 4 Stars
This book is another in the successful list of Thich Nhat Hahn's books. He balances his stories with meaningful lessons on the act of mindfulness. If one is looking to enhance the practice of right mindedness, this is one to read! I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt it to be slightly more personal than some of his others.
Book Review: Graceful Summary: 3 Stars
The book exudes such peace and tranquility. It oozes what Thich Nhat Hahn practises. If we could all live our lives by his premise we would have a peace loving world. There is such Grace in his writing and such beauty that it is a pleasure to read. Love it.
