I purchased this book when our NB was 2 weeks old and crying after every feeding at night. I would be awake practically until the next feeding since everytime I tried to put him back down to sleep he would wail until picked up again. After getting him into a routine things have gone a lot more smoothly.
A lot of what is in the book is really simple and you may be skeptical at first, but it really does work. He is now 5 weeks and I wake only once to feed around 3pm and he goes right back to sleep and sleeps until around 7am. Thanks Ladies!
