Book Review: A really good book

As a neurologist, I see a lot of people with low back pain. After getting back pain 2 years ago, I was frustrated that nothing seemed to help, but this book gives one a lot of hope and very reasonable exercises and approach toward back pain. so far, so good. Back pain is better, and I try to keep exercising the Mutifidus muscles every other day...more or less!
