Book Reviews of The New Pressure Cooker CookbookBook Review: The best of the lot Summary: 5 Stars
I've found this to be my go-to recipe book for pressure cooking. The Hoppin' John recipe alone is worth the price of the book. Though I have many pressure cooker cookbooks this one is where I always seem to find just the right recipe.
Book Review: The New Pressure Cooker Cookbook Summary: 1 Stars
This is not one of my favorite cook books. There are no pictures and the recipies are odd. Who would want to eat Oxtails with Chinese flavor? The binding is not condusive to a cookbook.
