This order was at the request of my mother. We ordered the book on a Wednesday, and the book arrived as promised on the following Saturday. The book is in excellent condition; first-rate printing, high-quality paper. A good value at the price. The author's treatment of the subject matter varied. Readers who are knowledgeable about the Dalai Lama might find some areas of this book disappointing.
