Book Review: great more couples in the preconception stage

Yes this is a lot of common sense but it goes into depth about those common sense ideas of why you need to eat healthy and not starve yourself during your pregnancy. He is a little repetitive but it's an easy to read book. It also scratches the surface of the importance of medical care for women. I think it's ashman that you either have to be on medicare or be rich to have a baby no a days! Something needs to be done about this.
