The book takes a good long look at stress and how you can learn to manage it. You will master breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques with the help of this book. The book also includes chapters on job stress management, objective setting and time organization, and assertiveness training. You will also learn other stress reduction methods including hypnosis and meditation to biofeedback and assertiveness exercises.
