Book Review: Love The Secret

A couple of months ago a friend told me to get the DVD. I did, and I love everything about The Secret. This is how I came upon the Daily Teachings.
It is very uplifting, positive, wonderful little book - exactly what we all need right now.
Each day shares with you something for you to think about, ponder, and look at life a different way (a better way, a saner way, a more loving and harmonious way). I actually use this like a little book and read pages bunches at a time when I sit on my couch (it sits on my coffee table). I take a moment to reflect on my life and what I want to create. This helps put me back 'on track' by putting positive thoughts around me.
If you haven't purchased the DVD I also highly recommend. All the people in the DVD are beautiful. You will enjoy them and their enthusiasm about creating a great life. The book is wonderful too (just to flip through, read sections, and this will help remind you how wonderful life is supposed to be). Enjoy.
Book Review: Only 4 *'s because it's a calendar, but anyway...

...I'm one of those people who don't know how to exist outside of the monotinous 9-5 rat-race and as soon as I got this calendar I was overjoyed! Now I can sit in my cubicle and envision all the things I want/need/wish I had rather than mutter explitives under my breath. One day I was just getting to work, totally psyched about the new day's page, when I realized it was gone. Unbelievable! So I sat at my desk and envisioned my calendar. I tried tapping into the power of attraction, softly speaking and eventually coming to a crecendo shouuting "UNIVERSE RETURN THAT WHICH I HAVE EARNED TO ME!" Sure enough, the next thing I know BAM the calendar hits me in the head (I also heard my secretary saying something like "it fell on the floor dumbass"). Simply marvelous!
Look, you want to feel good about yourself for less than $15? Give that money to a homeless guy and stop whining.
Book Review: A Great Tool To Keep You On Track

I've been into the Law of Attraction for a few years now. But clearly it is one thing to understand its principles and another thing to actually live it.After so many years of thinking one way, it does take time to change the way you think.I 'know it'but to'do it' is another story. The key for me is to have a continuous reminder to keep me on track. First, I found Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Meditation
a CD which I try to listen to at least 15 minutes a day (both am and pm when I have time)...a great refresher to keep me focused on positive thoughts.Motivating, it reminds me to really live the Law of Attraction. This calendar does a similar thing; I take a page out daily as a reminder.If you are serious about changing your life these are must-have tools.
Book Review: Content good, set up not good at all

As expected, a book on positive living would have mainly positive reviews. BUT, I have to say this...the book is supposed to fold back so it sits open on an angle, allowing you to review the material over and over as it sits on your desk. But it doesn't "sit" up at all, it just falls flat. And I can only guess it is designed to pull the pages off each day but as there are no dates, i would like to reuse mine. This has involved a complex set of rubber bands to hold back the previously viewed pages as well as to hold the bottoms of the hard cover together in an attempt to get it to sit up as it shows on the back cover. The material, yes, is great. I just wish more thought had gone into the design.Book Review: Best Positive Inspiration

The Secret Daily Teachings have been one of the best positive sources of inspiration I have come across throughout the several years of my personal quest for answers concerning my life purpose. I see everything in my life from a new broadened perspective. I also see people and life incidents that once annoyed me from higher loving and accepting threshold. This is my third year of reading the teachings and family members have noticed I'm "different" in a positive way. Some have inquired about my growth and I've purchased copies for them as gifts. The teachings are something that has and still is working for me! The Law of Attraction does exist. Make it work for you!
