Book Review: Would make a great gift - Good to place on your desk

I like the daily teachings. They serve as a daily reminder to keep the law in mind. It starts on Monday as Day 1, and it would be good to have it on your desk at work or in your office at home, so you will remember to look at that day's lesson/thought. I think this would make a nice gift. If my husband wouldn't think I was crazy, I'd like to tear out certain days & post them all over the house to really keep them in my thoughts. I have to keep my mind focused on the law of attraction daily, or it's easy to slip back into old habits of negative thinking, so this works as a great daily reminder.Book Review: Love, love, love The Secret.

I have read several books on the Law of Attraction and besides the Hicks' books, The Secret will always be on of my favorites. In this one, we get daily teachings. What I like best about it is that it really reminds you--everyday!--to focus on your desires. I think this is great. If you like the Secret, chances are you will like this one as well. Loved "The Secret" and read it slowly to absorb the contents! My granddaughter, aged 20, had read it when it first came out and kept talking about it. IT HAS CHANGED HER WAY OF THINKING AND HER LIFE!!!! She is so positive and has accomplished so much, so well!!! I have also gotten the tape and given it to my non-reading friends and family.
I am a very positive person, but this book really makes me understand why I have done well and hopefully will help me to accomplish so much more!

Book Review: A bit bummed

The silly thing doesn't align with the year. So it says Thursday, Day 4 -
but the fourth day of the year was a Sunday. Or maybe you did not start on the Day 1 of Monday.
The sayings are exactly what I expected, which is great.
But, I guess I am super simple minded, because I am always losing my place on the day. Or I look at the calendar, and think I forgot to do something, but really the calendar is wrong. But there is no way to align the numbers with the days or the ACTUAL real life calendar....

This little desk calendar-type book will help you to truly understand how to apply what you learned in The Secret movie. I try to watch my Secret DVD once a month as a refresher to keeping my thoughts focused on the positive, but doing that still didn't help me to understand The Secret as well as this little "book" did.
The Secret Daily Teachings are a MUST for anyone who watched the Secret and wants to start making positive changes in their life and way of being.
