Book Review: Amazing Grace

I am in my 5th week of listening to this gift from God/Goddess. I find myself more peaceful and not so easy to anger or frustrate. I am handling business decisions and correspondence with a peace and flow that I have not known before! My personal life is subtly changing from a fearful, worrysome and stressful existance to a graceful, peaceful and magnetic life! I am excited to see how my life will tansform and plan on making this meditation my nightly ritual from now on. This is an Amazing Grace for all of us. Bravo to Kelly and her generous heart...Book Review: It works!

Has great music. nice to listen to while falling asleep (it's designed to be listened to while falling asleep). If you mediate, but don't have the time that day, this is a great substitute. In any situation, for any person, I'd strongly recommend this propduct. I honestly believe it took all doubt from my mind that the "law of attraction" works. Believing in it is the hardest part, and this CD works for that. SIDE BENEFIT: Having trouble sleeping? Have issues with loud noises keeping you awake? This CD works wonders! SINCE PURCHASING THE SECRET UNIVERSAL MIND MEDITATION, I'M EXPERIENCING DEEPER AND MORE SOUND SLEEP WHICH LEAVES ME FEELING TOTALLY RESTED AND ABLE TO FUNCTION MORE EFFECTIVE THROUGHOUT MY WORK DAY. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FIND THAT I HAVE MORE PATIENCE & TOLERANCE FOR RUDE & DEMANDING PEOPLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MIND MEDITATION FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS SLEEP AND AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.

After listening to a sample meditation on the Brain Sync website I had to run down to the store and pick up a copy of this CD. I listened for the first time last night and loved it. I did fall asleep about half way through, but woke up repeating a lot of the affirmations in my mind... it was really a trip. The sound effects are great, Kelly's voice is very soothing and easy to listen to. I've been meditating for many years, but found with this CD it is not something you need to know how to do. I have only been using this cd for about three weeks in conjunction with another cd called "positive thinking". I listened to this once while staying awake for the whole content so I would know what it is about. Since then, I listen while falling asleep and usually don't stay awake past the first few minutes. It is relaxing and calming. I have noticed that I have more of a positive outlook and my stress level has decreased. I cannot say for sure if that is entirely due to this CD but I do consider it enjoyable and worth the money.
