I am a St. John's Wort user... I ,however, take it 'to curb my desire for junk food.' I also had been told that there was a side effect connected to SUNLIGHT? Can your experts clarify this? I would also like to know about long term use - side effects on the blood?? Yes it is a great Mood Elevator - that is how I keep from stress eating. But give credit where it is due - people who are not depressed could inprove their JOY by it's use also, right? Dieters - health nuts - teenagers? So "broaden the views and improve the news" - St. John's Wort - does much to improve joy. (En joy ment)
