Book Review: My seven year old son loves this audio

Almost every night, I put in the next CD and my son LOVES listening. He has put history-related items on his Christmas Wish List, because he is enjoying the CD's so much. And even more significantly, he mentions from time to time things that I know have come from these stories. He is accumulating a sense of history that at times rivals or exceeds my own.
The narrator is excellent, and the text from which he reads is appropriate for all age levels, and especially for (I'd say) four to nine year old children. The text is written in an interesting manner that is quite engaging, and for the most part follows a chronological order.
