I wish I had read the excerpts from this book before I put it on my wish list. I have no interest in an Anthony Robbins style belief system. I found little information on raw food, and more information about beliefs. I have heard David Wolfe speak and I expected more valuable infroamtion. This was a great book. I have read a few books on raw food, but this one seems to contain all of the information needed on nutrition, a balanced raw diet, and the mental state of mind needed to attain your raw food goals and your other goals too! Excellent information!Book Review: amazing
