Book Review: Simple, understandable and it works
Summary: 5 Stars
Can across an audio program with Dr. Hyman and bought it. It made sense to me so I bought the book. It worked for me and I've kept 25 pounds off for over a year, so I'm a believer! The book could have been a little shorter as they put in checklists for each day (so you have 7 instead of 1 to follow) but that's a minor point.
I've lost count of the number of people to whom I've recommended this book.
