Book Reviews of Third Degree: A NovelBook Review: save your money Summary: 1 Stars
I usually thoroughly enjoy this author. This book, however, is juvenile and a complete departure from his usual clever thrillers. You'll be checking the cover to see if the author is indeed Greg Iles. It should have been condensed to 5 pages and submitted to Cosmopolitan instead.
Book Review: Couldn't put it down!! Summary: 5 Stars
If you want a book to take to bed and read before you go to sleep, DON'T TAKE THIS ONE!!! You can't put it down!
I read the second half of the book in one night and wanted more!!! It is a true cliff hanger! Best novel I have read in some time!!
Book Review: Disappointing Summary: 1 Stars
I found myself totally rooting against the "heroine" of this novel. Laurel was a totally, self-absorbed, remorseless hypocrite. I have read every Gregg Iles book I can get my hands on and this is the first one that was totally disappointing.
Book Review: Skip this one Summary: 2 Stars
After reading the first 200 pages, I was close to giving up on this book. ALL of the characters are unlikeable so I didn't care what happened to them. The last half of the book was a little better but the plot was too unbelievable.
Book Review: I liked it, not sure why other reviews are lower than normal.... Summary: 4 Stars
Iles continues to write great books. They are fast paced, fun to read and I can't wait for the next one. Where this one ranks, I am not sure, I have read them all and they are all good.
