Book Review: A Great Mood Elevator

Being pretty new to the CPAP experience,I am a new member to an online support group called cpaptalk.com. Without that group, I would probably be one of the thousands who receive their prescribed machines and mask, try it once or twice, find it weird and somewhat difficult, and put the whole thing away and forget it; and leave my Sleep Apnea untreated and still damaging my body.
The author of this boook, a member of that forum, has realized the underlying humor of this situation,and gives us a reason to laugh our way through adjusting to having a vacuum cleaner attached to your face, blowing air up your nose, every night of your life. I have had many a great laugh at his stories,poems, etc. He understands firsthand what it is like, and it shows! It is a great companion to always put you in a great mood and to make you laugh at the weird thing that happened when your hose got tangled up with your hanging plant- and keep at it until you get everything adjusted so your therapy is just right- and helping you every night to -finally!- feel rested again.
.... I definitely would recommend it to any and all CPAP users and their significant others. Thanks, Mike,it's wonderful!I'm still hangig in there, and it is getting better every night- your book stays on my bedside table.
