Book Reviews of Transdermal Magnesium TherapyBook Review: Necessary to take charge of your own health Summary: 5 Stars
Everybody has health problems, and the pharmaceutical industry is a big hammer on both doctors and patients through all their marketing programs and dollars. But one thing--magnesium deficiency--may well be at the root of all the health problems out there. This book, so well written and well documented with copious end notes for each chapter, can be a life saver for millions. Read it, get magnesium oil, and start taking charge of your own health and quit being disciples of the medical industry, who neither know of or care about the miracles offered by magnesium. Do yourself the biggest favor in the world: buy and read Dr. Sircus's book--and get Dr. Dean's as well!
Book Review: Some good info, but too wordy Summary: 3 Stars
There is plenty of good information here, but it repeats itself a lot. This book could be half the size. This book talks a lot about WHY you need magnesium, but not a lot on HOW to use transdermal magnesium. I was looking for dosages and absorption rates, but he mentions that this information is not available. However, he does mention how many mg are in a ounce of mag. oil, just not how much is absorbed.
One recommendation is to rub magnesium oil on the body or use for massage oil. Is he kidding? This stuff itches like crazy. Use on tops of feet, it doesn't itch as much.
Book Review: Magnesium for Life website - Mark Sircus Summary: 5 Stars
The website merits 5 stars
I haven't read TRANSDERMAL MAGNESIUM, but indirectly from one reviewer's comment I found Mark Sircus's website where much more information may be found, [...]. Anyone suffering from symptoms that may be connected with Mg deficiency should check out that website and [...] (pages one and two and the many informational links). Reviewers who were not satisfied by Sircus's book may find the info they seek at his website. Magnesium deficiency is epidemic in the US. How can M.D.'s be made to understand and pay attention?
Book Review: Transdermal Magnesium Therapy Summary: 5 Stars
I recommend this book to anyone whose health is less than 100% perfect, or who knows someone who's health is less than 100% perfect.
There is alot of valuable information in this book.Mark gives you the information and also backs it up with a multitude of references. Mark Sircus is an amazing person, and his passion is for truth in medicine(something we don't get much of here in the US). If you connect with this book, or if you want to find out more about his work, search on the internet for him.You most likely will be pleasantly surprised.
Book Review: Nothing new! Summary: 2 Stars
This book is what I call a term paper. Nothing new is presented just a report showing all the hard work and research of others. The author presents no important information that he discovered. He could have condensed the information to a few pages as practical suggestions. Unfortunately there are too many books out there making money from the research and discoveries of others. All the practical information presented in this book can be found by Googling "MAgnesium chloride".
