Book Review: IMPORTANT BOOK FOR THE LAYMAN Summary: 5 Stars
I HAVE READ THREE BOOKS ON MAGNESIUM. I AM CONVINCED THAT MAGNESIUM OIL OR GEL SHOULD BE USED BY EVERYONE. THIS BOOK IN PARTICULAR IS INFORMATIVE AND EASY TO READ. I ALSO READ THE MIRACLE OF MAGNESIUM BY DR. CAROLYN DEAN,IT WAS THE FIRST ONE I READ AND I RECOMMEND IT AS WELL. IT IS A LITTLE HARDER TO FIND AND MORE EXPENSIVE.DOCTORS DON'T SEEM TO RECOGNIZE THAT MAGNESIUM IS AS IMPORTANT AS CALCIUM, YOU WILL LEARN THIS FACT FROM THIS BOOK.
Book Review: Everyone needs to read this book! Summary: 5 Stars
This type of mineral therapy is so new that the book is not yet in most of the health food stores. It is easy to read and the author builds a powerful case for the need for more magnesium and especially transdermal supplementation. Using the oil has almost completely stopped my heart atrial irregularity problem. The public needs to be aware of this aid to young and old alike and make their own decisions after reading the book.
Book Review: Transdermal Magnesium Therapy Summary: 5 Stars
I went to a doctor that does acupuncture and she recommended this book. I decided to try the magnesium oil and I spray it on my body each night. It's been a little over a month and I really do feel better. I have alot of arthritic pain and a pinched nerve. I'm not sure if the acupuncture or the magnesium did it, but I think its the magnesium. The book is very informative and good to read if you are thinking of using the magnesium.

I bought this book as part of my research project. It is a comprehensive, detailed book written with deep knowledge of the subject. A great source of reference both for practitioners and people simply interested in the numerous wonderful properties of magnesium chloride.
