I was having neck pain for the last 2-3 years and recently I was having it everyday. MRI showed i have c3 and c4 herniated disks. I would wake up with a stiff neck and by evening I would have a hurting neck as well as a headache. I was really getting desperate. I tried physical therapy, hot pads/cold pads, nothing seemed to be helping and the doctor suggested that I go for cortizone shots in my neck. I was really wary of that. But situation became so unbearable that finally I called and fixed an appointment for the shots. Its just my good luck that I couldn't go on that day and I canceled my appt and as I happened to search on internet for any remedy, I saw this book for [...] dollars. I bought it and started the exercises the same day it arrived. It has been 5 weeks now and I haven't had neck pain, my headaches are gone too. I may get may be one headache a week, instead of whole week. I am still not fully cured as I still feel some stiffness in my neck, but i know its just a matter of some more weeks. I am looking forward to summer, when I can go for running, I haven't run in so many years because of my neck pain. I also bought the lumber and neck support, which also is helping a lot. So if you have neck pain, do yourself a favor and spend [...] bucks and try it for couple of weeks, you will be amazed....
