Book Review: so sad

I have read most of Jonathan Kellermans' books and this is one sad attempt. I knew it was going to be bad when on the second page they mention "own personal bottle of Purell" hand sanitizer, the story taking place in 1979. Purell wasn't invented until 1988 and marketed to the public in the 1990s. Fact check???

Boy, was this a stinker. Could not stay with it about 2/3 of the time. There was an intrinsic message here against someone who made a religious flick which undid the already thin thread of mystery plot. Phew! This book is not for a reader looking for something similar to Kellerman's Alex Delaware series, but still, I really enjoyed it, especially the subtle touches of humour. This is not the author's best book; in fact, it may be his worst. It's overly convoluted and there are so many characters orbiting around that I have not come to care what happens to any of them. If you have already purchased it, sell this one back and try to recoup your investment.Book Review: loved it!!!
