Book Review: worth every penny
Summary: 5 Stars
This is the second text book I have purchased through Amazon. What a bargain! The books are in good shape. Arrive in a reasonable amount of time. ( within the stated delivery time frame ). Cost is one half the price of a new one. Additional savings can be had if the instructor thinks a prior edition of the text will satisfy the text needs for the course. 10 to 25 percent of a new book. I have used previous editions with the only difficulty being some materials are added in newer editions or chapters are not in exactly the same order as the latest editions.
This particular text will be a good reference for planning meals that will be healthy, nutritious and something I like eating.
